I’I’m Fru, founder of The Aha Moment. For years I worked with brands that looked fine on the surface but didn’t reflect the care, thought, or expertise behind them. That’s when I realised I wanted to support the people building something more meaningful – brands shaped by knowledge, responsibility, and the intention to make everyday life better.

Since then, I’ve helped turn sterile healthcare communication into something people can relate to, supported functional drinks in finding their place in everyday routines, and helped education-led brands bring clarity and warmth to complex topics.

That’s why I created The Aha Moment — a studio dedicated to helping care-driven and health-adjacent brands become clear, recognisable, and trusted parts of everyday life.
