APPROACH

As Lead Brand Designer, I directed a full-scale creative transformation — from brand architecture to funnel strategy — ensuring the brand could maintain its educational voice while scaling sustainably.

Repositioning & Research

We started with research — talking to customers, mapping the emotional triggers behind their loyalty, and spotting where the brand had outgrown itself.

From there, we built a new umbrella identity — Hairqare — that could hold the brand’s expanding offers: online courses, workbooks, email funnels, freebies, and a fast-growing online community.

I reimagined the visual world to feel calmer, smarter, and more mature — the kind of space people want to spend time in. Illustrations became a unifying thread across touchpoints, from e-books to ads, helping the brand feel consistent and human.

Together with the marketing team, we tested relentlessly — what converts, what resonates, what creates conversation. Every week we reviewed CTRs, CVRs, and engagement data to pivot and refine. We rebuilt email funnels and onboarding flows, improving retention and clarity as new users came in.

Built a new web experience emphasizing clarity and credibility through storytelling, testimonials, and soft educational prompts.

Created modular assets: illustrations, color-coded topic systems, and social templates for omnichannel consistency.

Collaborated with the marketing and analytics team to test creatives and landing pages.

Monitored CTR, CVR, engagement, and sentiment to identify what resonated emotionally and performed commercially.
